Black Label is a dedicated operation under your brand: a private office, a team that works only for you, and itemized costs with an agreed fee. White Label is a managed team in our shared office at one agreed price per seat.

White Label. It suits fractional teams, seasonal hires and extra staffing capacity, with one fixed price per seat.

Black Label. It suits BPOs, large agencies and businesses establishing or expanding a global office, with a dedicated operation under your brand at true cost.

On White Label, our team leads and managers do, and report to you. On Black Label, the team leads and managers we hire run the floor to your direction; Partner Care adds weekly check-ins, a monthly scorecard and help with changes.

You do, under both models.

Yes. Under both models you can join final interviews and approve each candidate before hiring.

Black Label starts at 10 seats in total per client. White Label has no minimum: you can start from 1 seat. There are no department minimums, so you can split the seats across any mix of departments and roles, for example a contact center team plus 1 seat in marketing and 1 in bookkeeping on Black Label, or 1 bookkeeper and 1 SDR on White Label.

Yes. White Label starts from 1 seat, and the one-month pilot gives 20% off the first month on up to 3 seats. The calculator prices full-time seats; for part-time, fractional or unusual schedules we send a custom quote.

The Black Label minimum counts across all your departments together: 10 seats in total, so a single department can have as few as 1 team member. White Label has no minimum. Partner Care rises by 2 points for each extra department.

Teams work in English, German, Italian or French. Roles cover sales and contact center, accounting and bookkeeping, marketing, creative, software support and QA, e-commerce operations, logistics and architecture, plus admin and project coordination, hiring support, data and reporting, CRM, sales operations and IT administration. Language levels are tested during selection.

A typical launch takes about three weeks. The timeline depends on the roles, team size and candidate availability, and is confirmed in your proposal.

White Label pricing covers gross pay and the employer's pension, recruitment and replacements, payroll, a workstation in our shared office, team leads and management, quality checks and reporting. Software and licenses are not included.

On Black Label: gross salaries, the employer's 5% pension, any incentives, team leads and management, and office running costs. Partner Care, if chosen, is shown separately on top.

Weekly check-ins, a monthly scorecard with recommendations, help with hiring and changes, and setup and handover. Partner Care starts at 18% of the monthly operating cost, rises with departments and seniority to at most 25%, and is capped at $8,972 a month.

On Black Label, setup and handover is a one-time $5,608 at 10 seats, plus $56 for each extra seat, at most $11,215, with no minimum term, or included with Partner Care. Office setup is a separate one-time cost.

Take 10 call agents at the starting wage of $1,065: 10 × $1,065 = $10,650. The breakdown shows $11,187, which is gross salaries of $10,654 plus the employer's 5% pension of $533. The ladder shows each wage rounded to a whole amount, so exact gross pay is $4 more than $10,650. The pension is counted once.

The employer adds 5% of gross pay, and of any incentives, on top, following Kosovo payroll rules. The team member's own contributions come out of their gross pay. Rules for Albania and North Macedonia are confirmed with an accountant.

We calculate in euros, the currency your team is paid in, and convert at ECB reference rates of 20 October 2026: 1 EUR = 1.1215 USD, 0.8403 GBP. The currency follows the site language: English shows US dollars and can switch to pounds or euros; German, French and Italian show euros.

In-house hiring uses average yearly salaries for the same roles in the market of your currency (US, UK, Germany, France, Italy or Switzerland), plus employer costs and workspace. A typical BPO is the same team cost priced at a 40% margin. Both are modeled estimates, not verified data.

Try your team for one month at 20% off, with no long-term commitment. You choose the team size: the discount covers up to 3 seats in the first month and the other seats are at the normal price. It runs on White Label, also when you plan your own Black Label operation. It lets you evaluate our recruitment, onboarding and support before you decide to continue.

You get 20% off the first month on up to 3 seats; every other seat is at the normal price. For example, 5 SDR seats on White Label come to $8,957 a month. With the pilot, 3 of them are 20% off in the first month, so month 1 is $7,882 and from month 2 you pay $8,957.

White Label. If you plan a Black Label operation, you can test the work with a White Label pilot first and move to your own operation when you are ready.

Any size the model allows. The discount covers up to 3 seats; seats beyond that are at the normal price from the start. There are no department minimums.

There is no obligation to continue. If you stay, the normal price applies from month 2, and you see it before the pilot starts. One pilot per new client.

Team members work on local employment contracts, with tax and pension paid monthly. The employing entity is named in your agreement.

No. We employ the team locally and handle contracts, payroll, income tax and pension, so you can build a team without opening a local entity.

From our offices. On Black Label your team has its own private space; on White Label they work in managed seats in a shared office.

Yes. Teams can work day, evening, night and weekend shifts, so you can run support or sales around the clock. Shift patterns are agreed during scoping.

We do. Equipment and accounts are set up to your requirements before the team starts. On Black Label the setup cost is shown as a one-time line; on White Label it is in the seat price.

Software and licenses are not included; you supply them. The office includes power, internet and cleaning.

Yes. The team works in your tools and systems, under your access rules.

On White Label, we recruit a replacement. On Black Label, we do so during setup and with Partner Care.

Yes. Add or remove seats by agreement; the calculator shows how the price changes.

Black Label is designed for handover: we set the operation up and hand it over to you. How and when the team moves to your own entity is agreed with you.

Yes. Refer a team member and earn a $50 bonus for a successful hire, or refer a client and earn either 5% of the client's payments for 12 months or 15% of the setup fee. See the referral program page for details.

Pay depends on the role, language and experience. For English-speaking call center agents, the gross monthly salary is $1,065 at entry level, $1,267 with three or more years of experience, and $1,604 when certified. Other roles have their own pay ladders in the calculator.

Gross. The team member's 5% pension and income tax come out of it. The calculator shows an estimated take-home figure using Kosovo rules, which an accountant should confirm. Rules for Albania and North Macedonia differ.

Salary is what the team member earns, before their own deductions. Direct employment cost adds what the employer pays on top: the 5% pension. The breakdown shows both, then the management and office costs of running the team.

You can model it with the pay raise slider and see the effect on every total. Actual pay changes are agreed with us within your employment arrangement.

Yes. Model incentives with the incentive slider and a more qualified team with the experience slider. Other investments, such as training budgets, are added to your proposal.

A raise increases gross pay, the 5% pension on it, and Partner Care, which is a percentage of costs. The calculator updates every total as you move the slider.

You see the gross pay ladder your seats are based on and what the seat price covers. The seat price is fixed, so it does not itemize our costs.

On White Label, we set pay and manage employment within the agreed structure; you can ask for a more senior team or extra incentives and we quote it. On Black Label, the decisions you take part in are set out in your agreement.

Incentives are included only if you add them. Software and licenses are not included. Statutory employer pension is always included.

The team works in your systems with the access you give. Data processing terms are set out in your agreement.

Confidentiality terms are part of every agreement. Specific security measures are agreed with you in the proposal.
